Assistant General Manager
Assistant General Manager
Join a passionate team in a warm and welcoming historic inn.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager supports daily operations and helps achieve the organization's goals while contributing to administrative projects and seasonal initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily hotel operations
- Supervise and support staff
- Ensure excellent guest service
- Assist with administration and financial management
- Support business development initiatives
- Act as General Manager when required
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in team supervision or management
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (French and English) considered an asset
Working Conditions
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Active participation in daily operations
- Support for various departments based on operational needs
- Availability during peak seasons and special events

Room attendant
Join our Housekeeping Team!
As a Room Attendant, you play a direct role in our guests’ experience by ensuring the cleanliness, order, and sanitation of guest rooms and bathrooms. You change linens, carefully manage and use cleaning tools and carts, and ensure all facilities are functioning properly. You also participate in quality control of the spaces and furniture, reporting any irregularities to maintain a flawless environment.
We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and independent individual who takes pride in a job well done. Your efficiency, team spirit, and attention to detail make all the difference. Comfortable with communication, you can inform and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth. Driven by the passion to contribute to a memorable experience, you help create the human and welcoming atmosphere that makes our inn renowned.
